Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, submitting files, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

GetFab Editing provides professional services including but not limited to services listed on the website.

Service details, turnaround time, and pricing will be confirmed in your project quote/invoice before work begins.

Services, Pricing & Payment

  1. Quotes: All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change until an invoice is issued.
  2. Payment: deposit is required to start work. While the remaining is due before final file delivery.
  3. Payment Methods: This can include but not limited to Paystack, Flutterwave, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Stripe, etc.
  4. Revisions: Each package includes rounds of revisions. Additional revisions as agreed or stipulated.

File Submission & Client Responsibilities

  1. You must provide clear, and detailed instructions for your project.
  2. You confirm that you own the rights to all content you provide to us or have permission to use it.
  3. GetFab is not responsible for delays caused by late files or information, unclear instructions, or late feedback.
  4. Project files will be stored for 30 days after delivery. Please download your files. We are not liable for files lost after this period.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  1. Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of all information through files you send us.
  2. Our Work: Upon full payment, you receive full usage rights to the final edited files for personal or commercial use.
  3. Portfolio Use: We may showcase before/after clips of your project in our portfolio, website, or social media UNLESS you request in writing that we do not. We respect client confidentiality.
  4. GetFab Branding: We retain rights to our service delivery techniques, guidelines, templates, and website content.

Delivery & Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is dependent on each project scope and would be communicated from when deposit, and all project information are received.

Delays may occur due to project complexity, holidays, or client feedback time. We will communicate any delays.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client projects and communications are confidential. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of our services means you accept the new Terms.
